On 13th December Adopters for Adoption approved their 100th adopter family. This has been a huge achievement that the whole team are very excited about. Sally Heaven-Richards, Head of Service for AfA says:
We’re excited to share that last week Adopters for Adoption celebrated our 100th approved adopters. We were delighted to present our couple with a bouquet of flowers to celebrate this momentous occasion.
Their social worker stood proudly next to them for a photo opportunity after they had received a unanimous recommendation as suitable to adopt by our adoption panel.
The 100th adopters Darren and Ruel (pictured) will begin Family Finding with the agency in 2019.
