I have worked in Administration and Business Support for over 12 years for a retail company, and gained experience in all areas of Customer Service and Support.
I have recently joined the Business Support Office at Adopters For Adoption, where I can assist the team with point of contact enquiries, processing Registration Pack Information and assisting with administration within the office and phone call enquiries.
I am an adoptive parent myself, with two young children who have helped me engage in so much knowledge of the adoption process, I look forward to being able to share my knowledge with future prospective adopters through this amazing agency.
